**We are seeking to hire 2x Part Time Security and Brand Ambassadors to join our amazing team at Coach Emporium.**

**Purpose of the Role**:
As a Security and Brand Ambassador, you will play a dual role in ensuring the safety and security of our store while embodying the Coach brand through exceptional customer engagement. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and secure environment that enhances the luxury shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Security Duties**:

- Monitor store premises to prevent theft, damage, or other security breaches.
- Observing customer behaviour, especially in high-risk areas such as store entrances, exits and displays of valuable visual merchandise and products
- Conduct regular floor walks and surveillance using CCTV systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents and escalate issues to management or authorities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Support the achievement of the store’s shrinkage financial imperatives and strategic objectives.

**Brand Ambassador Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to appropriate team members.
- Represent the Coach brand with poise, professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Support crowd control during peak periods and promotional events.
- Assist with loss prevention strategies and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor.

**About You**:

- Hold a current Security License and First-aid Certificate
- Experience relative to loss prevention, security and customer service is advantageous
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Enjoy a rotational roster for work-life balance ( 34.5 hrs/wk and 26.5 hrs/wk)
