**The Role**

We are looking for a Cafe Manager to take the reigns of our Cafe on South yarra. The right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong hospitality background with the ability to lead a team to execute the ultimate customer experience.

Responsible for managing a team of Baristas, Floor Staff and Chefs, this role requires a person who possesses both strong coffee and leadership skills to deliver an outstanding and memorable service to our regular and first time customers alike.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop a positive team culture, consistent with our brand values
- Drive a market leading service experience and establishing a standard that all team members follow
- Inspire team members to excel providing ongoing support, coaching and build an appreciation for quality
- Providing coaching and direction to the team; training and performance management as required
- Managing the venue’s administration, systems and ordering
- Rostering the team to provide optimal coverage throughout the day whilst maintaining budgets.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
- Maintain quality, standards, safety and presentation of Café

**You’ll be perfect for this role if you have**:

- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- At least three years’ experience in a similar management role
- Strong all-round Customer service and Barista skills
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
