The Region Area Manager will lead a team of Area Managers and be responsible for all field activities performed by the nbn Internal Workforce.

A bit about your role

In your day to day work you’ll be responsible for optimising the Internal Workforce requirements to deliver excellent customer experience across several metrics, including but not limited to consistent work practices, customer experience, productivity, HS&E, and quality. Your seamless development of fostering health, safety and environment -first culture within the field will ensure all work are completely aligned with nbn’s safe systems of work and critical risk controls.

This role will also lead business improvement opportunities, develop roadmaps for the region ensuring work is priortised appropriately and provide operational insights and innovation that support field initiatives.

A bit about you

Your demonstrated experience in leading operational teams and your passion for delivering a great customer experience whilst balancing the future needs of the team will see you succeed in this role.

You will be instrumental to drive improvement plans and ensure a balance workforce and workload. You will develop and lead a team of managers with a commercial focus whilst providing exemplary levels of customer service.

- Comfort working and communicating with GM-level, delivery partners, technical and compliance managers, and fieldwork managers
