Our client, a fabrication, engineering and manufacturing service provider in the mining sector are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team based in their Forrestfield office.

This is a full-time role where you will be working with the senior management team with assisting them projects, time sheets, reporting via excel, and mobilisation. This role is ideal for someone coming from a construction background.

**This role is responsible for supporting the business’ workshop & site related operational functions, duties will include**:

- Management reports, through data spreadsheets
- Timesheet management including inputting data and time sheet approval
- Mobilisation across mining and resources projects using INX
- Working with ERM systems to create jobs and monitoring progress
- Liaising with senior management, various departments within the business and external companies
- Previous administration experience within construction or mining industry
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong sense of urgency and ability to priorities tasks when needed
- Intermediate to Advance skill level with Excel
- Previous experience using INX will be highly regarded
