Foothills Mental Health and Wellbeing is currently seeking administrative support to assist practitioners and ensure efficient operation of the practice.

**Who are we?**

Foothills Mental Health and Wellbeing (formally Foothills Psychology) was founded 2011 in response to a desire to offer an affordable psychology service.

We aim to provide a supportive team environment and a compassionate effective response to the needs of those who access the service. We offer access to a range of therapeutic services for people from a variety of backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of clinical issues. We work alongside individuals, couples and families towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

We offer an exciting, diverse role where you would working as part of a team. We are a well-established practice and have an extensive client base with an excellent reputation within the local community. An opportunity exists for a part-time employment position. We are offering between $25 - $28 per hour, depending on the applicant's experience. There is opportunity to further develop within this role and on the job training is provided.

Onsite parking is available.

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will ideally have some administrative experience and must be a team player who can work independently. They must be well-spoken, accepting of people from a range of different backgrounds, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A keen eye for detail and the ability to forward think
- A flexible and adaptive attitude
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, Practice management system and bookkeeping software (MYOB)
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Ability to be flexible with work hours/days
- Key tasks_
- General reception duties
- Manage phone calls
- Diary management and schedule meetings
- Data entry on MYOB and Practice management software

Industry knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, Private health and other funding bodies and IT skills are considered desirable.
