A bit about your role

The Fixed Wireless & Satellite Assurance Specialist provides expert support to the Service Assurance team, focusing on incident management, escalation handling, and delivery of complex programs of work across the nbn network.

The role involves triaging and resolving Fixed Wireless and Satellite incidents, maintaining accurate records through Salesforce, and ensuring service levels are met. It requires strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams, offshore partners, and external service providers to drive timely, customer-focused outcomes.

The specialist contributes to process improvement, reporting, and capability uplift, while supporting strategic initiatives such as Truck Roll Reduction and Omni. Collaboration, analytical thinking, and a commitment to service excellence are key to success in this position.
