**About CSI**

Community Support Incorporated is a leading provider of home care services in the disability and aged care sectors, as well as support coordination. We have been providing services in the community for over 30 years across South Australia. **About you and the role**

At CSI, we value you and the support you provide to our clients. You will provide a wide range of in-home support, which may include assisting clients with personal care needs, domestic activities, transportation services and social support. As a Support Worker, you will have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those within our care with the goal of enabling our clients to live their life their way.

Some shifts may also require assisting clients with complex personal needs as well as using lifters and providing transportation services.

**Key Experience Required for the role**
- Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability and are vulnerable
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health)
- Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance and Working With Children Check
- Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Unrestricted Drivers' Licence and roadworthy-ensured vehicle if transporting clients
