What's the opportunity?

This newly created role of National Retail Operations Manager will oversee all Veneziano Cafes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create strategies to increase sales and EBITA across all venues
- Collaborate, guide and mentor cafe teams to achieve operational targets
- Improve the guest experience and create coffee showpieces across our cafe network
- Analysis past and present results to improve customer service and achieve targets
- Foster an engaged team who pride themselves on high expectations, team work and trust.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What are we looking for?

You must have a warm personality and strive to provide exceptional customer service by developing and supporting your team. You will have a passion for showcasing the best coffee and hospitality experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior management experience in the hospitality industry, where service standards are paramount:

- Experience analysing financial reports and making decisions that positively impact results:

- Success in implementing new initiatives to drive Café performance:

- Prior experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high performing talent:

- Proven experience translating brand standards into operational action.
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
