**Description**:
**About the Role**:
As the recruiter, you will work with a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Administrators to ensure recruitment delivery. You will also be part of a large and diverse national TA function and part of the broader People & Culture team.

To succeed in this environment, you must be resilient, proactive, and able to maintain quality under pressure.

**About You**:
You will have experience in a Talent Specialist/Recruiter role and not be afraid of getting hands-on in the work as required - but you won't be alone, there is a team of TA Administrators and a TA Coordinator here to support you

In addition to an understanding of Talent Acquisition and volume recruitment experience, you have an ability to manage relationships at all levels of the business, share market trends and data with hiring managers and your sense of urgency in achieving positive recruitment

With access to various job boards and a range of sourcing channels, you will have responsibility for ensuring headcount delivery requirements - not just in terms of numbers, but quality too You will have regular calls with our operations, L&D, and broader TA team to ensure you have all the support that you need to succeed.

You’ll have a head for data and reporting, and an ability to work across multiple systems (Probe and Client systems). Combine that with your ability to manage relationships at all levels of the business, share market trends and data with hiring managers and your sense of urgency in achieving positive recruitment
