**About Our Client**:
We are partnering with an ASX listed client who specialises in the design, manufacture, installation, supply and repair of hydraulic, lubrication and fire suppression equipment. This is an integral role, with you being the key link between the workshop and the end customer

The main duties include;
- As and when required quote work and follow up quotes with customers and maintain a high level of customer service
- Generate invoices on a regularly basis to ensure customer time frames and deliveries are being met
- Accurately update and maintain the on-line order systems
- Expedite parts as and when required in a timely manner
- Timely and professional response to customer enquiries and quotes
- Enter and receipt parts to jobs and generate pick slips for fitters
- Enter fitter's time sheets into jobs and non-productive codes
- Purchase goods and services from external suppliers and maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Working experience of administration in a workshop environment
- Basic working experience in estimating and quoting work from detailed workshop parts lists and reports
- Ability to coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Highly organised with an eye for attention to detail
- Self-starter who requires a minimum of supervision and guidance
- Working experience and a commitment to exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
