Our workshop handles a large variety of work across a multitude of OEM makes** **(CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi & More) and models (dump trucks, loaders, dozers, graders & more).

**The Role**:
Committed to **delivering exceptional service **to our customers, you’ll be **entrusted to lead** the workshop team alongside a highly skilled team of individuals who are not only adept but also great to collaborate with.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Coordinate** team members with admin support and maintain a high standard of **accurate** documentation and reporting.
- Organising** quotes, purchase orders, payroll, **and **invoicing** to achieve division budget **targets **and ensure **deadlines** are achieved.
- Foster a culture of **accountability **and **performance** across all levels while encouraging and **supporting **employee **development **through** open** and **honest communication**.
- Maintaining and **delivering** a safe working environment and** high safety** records.
- ** Solution-focused communication** and **management **of clients & suppliers.

**What Will You Need?**
- ** Experience** and **exposure** in a **customer-focused** **environment with **OEM Equipment** (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi) as a sound knowledge base
- Experience working as a **supervisor/team leader/leading hand**:

- ** Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification**:

- Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class)
- ** Desire to drive a team** to go above and beyond
