**About this role**

Responsible for the Day-to-Day Management, planning & projects, office utilization, sustainability, support activities and cost controls.

Leads and directs a team of 10 professional contributor with specific assigned program objectives. Interprets and applies policy and translates goals into programs / projects.

To provide comprehensive facility, finance, contract and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by SAP and the regional account director. Delivery of services in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.

**Main Duties**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Deliver excellent customer service, capture client feedback systematically, and ensure issues are addressed to end-user satisfaction.

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Understand client business drivers and align team deliverables with these priorities while ensuring high team performance across the account.

**Vendor Oversight**:

- Manage multiple service providers (both hard and soft services), ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance with client procurement guidelines during tendering processes.

**Financial Stewardship**:

- Develop and control annual operating/capital plans, track expenditures against targets, ensure proper financial procedures are followed, and provide regular financial reporting.

**Health, Safety & Risk Management**:

- Maintain comprehensive property risk management programs, oversee incident reporting, and ensure compliance with safety policies to protect staff and visitors.

**Site Operations Excellence**:

- Implement and standardize building procedures, manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize costs and equipment failures, and ensure regional consistency of operations.

**Critical Systems Management**:

- Oversee Critical Environment Management (CEM) requirements, coordinate relocation activities, and support Environmental Management System (EMS) and sustainability objectives.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Develop meaningful monthly management reports, prepare financial analyses including accruals and variance reporting, and ensure data-driven decision making.

**Team Development**:

- Implement comprehensive training programs on facilities policies and procedures, develop innovative learning methods, and support skill development and succession planning.

**Regional Standardization**:

- Ensure consistency of policies and procedures across regional operations, maintain documentation, and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills, using English language as the preferred communication channel
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements
- Strong analytical, organization and administration skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a people management role
- Knowledge of critical facilities Knowledge of vendor management for specialized service
- Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
- Has a natural hospitality-orientated communications acumen
- Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels
- Ability to lead team effectively, train them well and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels
