Hunter Valley, Australia NXT Building Group Full time

The Site Supervisor reports to the Project Managers and is part of the MJH Communities Construction team. The key focus of this role is to oversee the completion of multi-residential projects within the Hunter region. More specifically:

- Manage the construction in accordance with project documentation
- Deliver projects on time, to budget and ensuring a high-quality finish
- Build positive relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Allocate trades and materials to job sites
- Ensure our projects are delivered in accordance with our WHS and environmental management plans
- Review and approve work prior to invoice sign off
- Be able to working in a team environment on a large-scale project.

You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent work ethic, be highly motivated
- Strong planning and organising skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Be a skilled tradesperson
- Previous experience working co-ordinating trades on site
- Possess a current driver's licence and white card.
- A tertiary qualification is desirable but your ability to effectively co-ordinate a safe and quality focused construction site is key to your success
- Previous multi residential experience or project housing experience is essential
