**Description & Requirements**:

- Zenviron are seeking a highly motivated Construction Supervisor for a large-scale Battery Storage Energy project located in the Latrobe Valley, Victoria. This is a site based, local only position.

If you are an experienced Construction Supervisor, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.
- Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership to work crews, including subcontractors
- Implementing and monitoring work practices and standards to ensure QA/QC, environmental and safe work procedures are adhered to
- Ensuring all construction work is carried out to the approved drawings and specifications and that correct work practices are always engaged
- Planning and managing equipment delivery, offloading, installation and other substation activities including management of subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
- Ensuring efficient scheduling, planning and labour use
- Maintain production reports to monitor progress of siteLiaising with management for resolution of technical construction matters**What you will bring**:

- An Australian recognised trade qualification in either a civil, mechanical or electrical discipline
- Site based industry experience as a Supervisor within the renewable energy or construction industry
- Demonstrable experience in the installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage electrical work (highly regarded)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
- Able to foster and manage effective relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environmentProof of right to work in Australia- To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement. Through utilising your time management skills you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.
