**Description & Requirements**:

- Monadelphous is seeking experienced Structural, Mechanical and Rigging Supervisors for an upcoming shutdown in the Hunter Valley.
- This role will see you working a 4/2 roster over 7 weeks, carrying out a wide range of tasks across project activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the projects team ensuring requirements of the project are met.

- 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor
- Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification
- Strong Dragline & Shovels experience desirable
- The drive to get hands on and lead by example
- Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal**Life at Monadelphous**
