Blue Phoenix Western Australia is part of the Blue Phoenix Group, a global leader in Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) processing. We're committed to transforming waste into valuable resources and closing the recycling loop for Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facilities.

We're currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team and help lead operations at our Western Australian site.

About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll be reporting to the Site Manager responsible for delivering daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting a team of operators in delivering efficient and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site operations and staff
• Ensure clear and determined task definition daily to operators
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Coordinate maintenance and production schedules
• Support training and development of team members
• Liaise with management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry (waste or recycling industry critical)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and sustainability
• Police clearance required
