Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Knowledge or interest in the telco industry- Experience with supplier invoice reconciliation and contractor onboarding systems- Proven experience in scheduling and managing national field service requests and contractor coordination- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team- Quick learner who adapts well to change

How will you support our “Why?”- Schedule field installations to meet customer satisfaction and timelines- Arrange Field Contractors for diagnosing and repairing faults- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for Field Contractors- Negotiate service rates and review contractor invoices for reconciliation
