International PNG Pipeline & Infrastructure Projects - Project OnBoarding & HR Logistics Role - Brisbane (Southside) Based Role **Company** An opportunity has just arisen for an International HR Logistics Coordinator to join a leading International specialist Pipeline Contractor to support a number of major pipeline & infrastructure projects in PNG. Part of an international group, this contractor is at the forefront of the industry and is recognised as a true employer of choice. **Role** This is a diverse role where you will be providing support across a variety of project administrative functions including recruitment to onboarding, travel coordination, logistics support and general office duties. The primary role is to coordinate onboarding, mobilisation and rotational travel for an international work force in Papua New Guinea. **Duties will include**: - Maintain project administration systems and procedures for the hiring and mobilisation of project personnel. - Coordinate with recruitment and labour hire agencies both in Australia and internationally - Undertake and coordinate activities associated with employing and mobilising international project personnel and subcontractors including coordination of pre-employment medicals, background checks and other prerequisites - Organise and arrange end to end travel including commercial, and/or charter flights, buses, commercial and/or camp and overnight accommodation as needed in consultation with Project Management team. - Ensure all personnel receive their travel itinerary outlining their flights, accommodation, and bus information in a promptly and ahead of their intended travel date. - Field any questions from the site personnel in relation to travel and accommodation questions or queries. - Prepare and maintain the accommodation tracking register and ensure it captures all personnel and their movements between camps and/or commercial and overnight accommodation facilities. - Generalist Administration duties as requested by the Manager to support the project team **Skills and experience**: - Qualifications in Business Administration or similar, or/and demonstrated relevant work experience in administration within the Construction/Oil & Gas industry or equivalent industry - Flexible and team orientated - Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia will be highly regarded - Capable of meeting a variety of challenges in a busy project construction environment - Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills - Exposure to tenders/bid submissions - Experienced with high volume and time critical submissions.
