Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services. ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the resources sector. Due to anticipated growth, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator.

**The Position**
- Managing food ordering in the Santos portfolio (26 sites)
- Managing food budgets for all sites
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Creating and updating spreadsheets to ensure pricing compliance
- Reports to the Supervisor - Central Services (WA)
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure for accurate stocktake/inventory and assist with client billing where needed
- Sourcing products for sites via SCQ’s, providing suppliers with volumes for new menu items
- Training new managers (and chefs) that start with Compass with Catering processes and supporting other services such as Retail, Tavern and Vending areas
- Working with clients in regards to back charge items

- Exceptional organisation, customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated flexibility, including willingness to work within tight time frames and in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- The ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work lists, and be able to adapt to change
