This position reports directly to the VP of Sales - APAC & ME and is based in Brisbane, Australia.

The role is a key interface with the customer, taking cadence of the customers order from sales order through to product delivery.

**About the role**
- Processing new sales into the company’s CRM and ERP
- Check data accuracy of orders
- Communicate to the Brisbane based Production and Finance team on new sales orders
- Communicate agreed delivery dates and deals with the technical department to resolve any product or technical queries
- Maintain order status and delivery details
- Provide progress reports to customers and sales team
- Manage the customer artwork and sim card process
- Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in tender process for APAC and Global deals where required
- Answering phone calls and manage appointments where deemed appropriate
- Support the team in the conduct of client care surveys and feedback
- Drive continual improvement

**About you**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support person
- Experience with a CRM or ERP system such as SalesForce or NetSuite would be beneficial
- Advance MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Positive attitude with ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Be customer focused with a strong service ethic
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being a dedicated team member
