**About your role**

We are currently looking for a motivated and flexible Accounts Officer to join our wider Shared Services team based in our Melbourne Head Office. Reporting into the Shared Services Team Lead, the Accounts Officer will be responsible for processing payments, ensuring appropriate and timely allocation as well as improving customer experience.

**We have two Full time permanent positions available focussing on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- End to end Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable experience
- Processing a high volume of invoices in SAP
- Ensuring three-way matching of invoices against Purchase Orders
- High volume verification of incoming supplier invoices via Readsoft
- Exposure to Vendor Master Management and Freight Invoice Processing
- Management of supplier enquiries
- Maintaining compliance with internal controls

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience working in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the Finance and broader business
- High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the desire to continue learning and developing
