As Lead, Recruitment Programs, your role is responsible for leading a small team of recruitment specialists to design recruitment sourcing strategies that enable attraction and selection of the best talent to the NSW RFS. Your role oversees the successful delivery of recruitment programs including Operational Officers, Mitigation and other critical roles, to ensure the NSW RFS has the requisite capability to meet community expectations and service delivery needs into the future.
