What you'll be doing:

The Fleet Production team designs, builds, and delivers the firefighting appliances and support vehicles that empower our volunteers on the frontline. If you are passionate about making a tangible impact on community safety, this role is for you.

As a Production Lead, you will coordinate the end-to-end planning and delivery of our diverse fleet program. Reporting to the Manager Fleet Production, you'll:

• Oversee production schedules, supplier engagement, testing, and delivery of fleet assets.

• Monitor budgets, risks, and reporting using SAP, MS Project and SharePoint.

• Support innovation in fleet design, technology, and manufacturing practices.

• Resolve supplier or production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Lead and mentor a small team

• Ensure safe systems of work are embedded across fleet production.

  • Experienced with a proven track record in project or production management within complex environments.
  • Organised with a strong ability to plan, prioritise and report on schedules, budgets, and risks.
