We are seeking motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Case Managers to join our Working Well (Health) team.
As a **Rehabilitation Case Manager**, in our ATO People business area, you'll lead and provide strategic advice to a small team of Rehabilitation Case Officers, who actively support our workforce to manage complex physical and psychological conditions and injuries. You’ll work closely with specialist case teams and generalist HR teams to identify and influence the implementation of innovative early intervention and rehabilitation strategies to support our clients.
You will determine and delivery a variety of HR intervention strategies and priorities to ensure we maximise the productivity and effectiveness of our employees. You’ll mentor peers and contribute to business improvement strategies.
You will be part of a team that works with other business areas to achieve the right outcomes for the organisation and manage competing priorities by being agile and adaptive to the changing environment.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in
**Adelaide, Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
