You will join our NSWP Service Centre Group and will be working within the NSW Procurement Division. Read more about your future Group and Division.
As the face of NSW Procurement you will provide advice and support across the range of NSWP services to client agencies, suppliers and the public.
The role is accountable to the manager for the efficient and effective resolution of first level business support calls. The role also provides assistance on project tasks, under the direction of the manager which contribute to successful business outcomes.
The position must keep abreast of NSWP products and services as well as maintain proficiency in the full use of systems and information databases to ensure service operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Work as part of cross functional teams in the development and delivery of specialised advice to support NSWP and Whole of Government Procurement Strategy.

**Your day as a Service Centre Officer**
Your typical day-to-day work includes providing first level support to customers and stakeholders on a range of NSWP products and services and provide administrative support for identified prequalification schemes to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will be successful in this role if you are:
**Senior Service Centre Officer (Grade 5/6)**
- Provide support to team & customers as a Senior Service Centre team member
- Maintain Strong stakeholder relationships with internal customers, buyers & suppliers
- Demonstrate good problem-solving ability, with experience assisting with process improvement initiatives
- Motivated to take initiative with a commitment to achieve work goals with a strong customer excellence focus
**Service Centre Officer (Grade 3/4)**
- Proven first class commitment to customer service & Service Centre team
- Procurement knowledge expertise to accurately advise & support customers on a wide range of products, services, processes, and regulation
- Ability to work & communicate collaboratively with internal customers, buyers & suppliers
- Ownership & accountability to ensure first level contact query resolution
