**About the Role**
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability? As an **Engagement Consultant** at APM Futures, you’ll play a vital role in connecting NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services. You’ll build strong community relationships, promote APM’s services, and help participants achieve their goals.
**Location**: You will be based at our APM Darra, Qld office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with NDIS participants, families, schools, planners, Support Coordinators and community organisations to build business and attract new participants
- Deliver NDIS employment Supports to our NDIS participants
- Promote APM Futures at local expos and events.
- Manage and convert leads from APM’s marketing and service centre.
- Build networks with employers to create tailored employment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and APM policies.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality, person-centred service.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
**To be considered, you will have...**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Have current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
- Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants.
- ** Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm**
