With offices in Darra and Redbank Plains, we're powering the future of commercial infrastructure.From education and emergency services to large-scale logistics, cold storage, and multi-tenant commercial spaces, we bring smart, sustainable electrical solutions to life.As we take on major new commercial projects ranging upwards of $10 million, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.The OpportunityThis role will see you lead end-to-end delivery of commercial electrical projects, from design through to construction and final handover.As a leader, you will drive performance, enhance team collaboration, and champion continuous improvement while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.What You'll Be DoingManage full lifecycle of Design & Construct electrical projectsOversee project design, procurement, site execution, and financial outcomesLead, mentor, and support site teams to drive performance and developmentCreate and present project reviews and monthly reports to the executive teamIdentify and resolve design, scope, or budget challenges proactivelyFoster strong relationships with builders, consultants, clients, and subcontractorsPromote and uphold a culture of safety, accountability, and excellenceWhat You'll BringMinimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial electrical projects >$500KStrong background in Design & Construct project deliveryAbility to read and interpret complex electrical and construction drawingsProven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SimPRO experience is a plusDeep knowledge of Australian Electrical Standards, WHS, and Quality SystemsQLD Electrical Workers LicenceLVR/CPR Certificate, EWP Licence, and a valid Australian Driver's LicenceWhat We Offer$140,000 – $150,000 base salary + $15,000 vehicle allowanceMonthly RDOs to support work-life balanceAccess to our in-house Haines Pathway Program for career progressionA vibrant team culture with regular social events and leadership supportLong-term stability with a well-established contractor on Tier 2 projectsReady to Lead?
