**About the Business Unit**:

**About the Role**:
This position provides support to Commission staff in the areas of information and communication technology and the use of business and administrative systems and processes including SharePoint, BI systems IT hardware related operations. This role may also support HR related operations and other admin requirements if required.
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Providing support to staff in the use of Commission IT, communication and audio-visual equipment, including laptops, JRAPs, projectors, audio equipment and phone systems
- Assisting in the development of the commissions SharePoint, Teams and Power platforms.

**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software including Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform is required.
- Knowledge of Resolve, Q-Master, TRIM is also desirable, and experience using content management systems is a plus but not mandatory
