Working closely with the Country Manager and the wider team, you own the sales journey from first contact to conversion, making every interaction a confident step toward **creating stunning outdoor spaces across Australia**.

Tasks

**Lead Management & Conversion**
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Proactively manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.
- Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with marketing to identify and engage new potential customers through campaigns and initiatives.

**Sales Execution**
- Customer Consultation: Deliver tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences, emphasizing the value and features of our premium pergolas and accessories.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address common concerns such as pricing, installation timelines, and competitor offerings with persuasive and informed responses.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend additional products or services, such as lighting, accessories or smart home integration.
- Sales Strategy Feedback: Provide marketing with insights into lead quality, customer profiles, and messaging gaps to refine targeting and content.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the CRM, and support the analysis of key metrics to continuously optimize conversion strategies.

**Market Intelligence**
- Competitor & Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing structures, and competitor strategies to enhance customer conversations and refine sales tactics.
- Competitor Knowledge Sharing: Communicate competitor strengths and weaknesses to internal teams and customers, and raise awareness of emerging competitors.

**Brand Representation**
- Event & Exhibition Participation: Attend and prepare for trade fairs and events to showcase PERGOLUX products, engage directly with customers, and strengthen brand visibility.
- Sales Exhibitions Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of exhibitions to drive direct sales and gather customer feedback.

**Requirements**:
You have a **strong background in consultative sales,** ideally in premium consumer goods or home improvement, with a proven ability to convert high-quality leads into customers. Your **communication skills** are **top-notch**: clear, persuasive, and customer-focused. You're confident using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and rely on data to optimize performance. You understand how to spot upselling opportunities and can comfortably represent the brand at exhibitions or customer events. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and providing feedback to marketing is a plus.
