We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Manager to join our retrofitter team. As a retrofit business development manager, you will be responsible for upgrades & installations of old in-efficient products such as shower heads and weather sealing as well as developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

We are seeking an experienced retrofitter who has previous experience in the field and is results driven to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and managing relationships with clients and completing installations around Victoria.

We are proud to offer the opportunity for you to choose between leads which are provided by our team from Eco-Upgrade Solutions for you to complete and also door to door sales, gaining and completing you own leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute energy efficiency installations of energy saving products which are completing free for eligible customers.
- Uphold a high standard of professional workmanship in all aspects of our home retrofit projects.
- Engage in affective communication with our clients, addressing their needs and providing expert guidance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in time management to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- _This is a _**commission only role**_ _as an independent contractor_

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in residential and/or commercial retrofit projects.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their specific needs.
- Time management skills with a track record of meeting project deadlines.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Must have all retrofit qualifications including working at heights & weather sealing with gas appliances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Must be willing to travel state wide where required.**:

**Salary**: $250.00 - $500.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus
