Are you a seasoned Gardener or aspiring to become a Team Leader? Join the esteemed HAYS Parks, Gardens and Waste team We’re in collaboration with a leading name in the sector, seeking skilled and certified individuals for our dynamic contracts in the South-Eastern Suburbs.

In the role of a Skilled/Certified Gardener, anticipate engaging in diverse tasks such as:

- Edging and trimming, using whipper snippers and brush cutters
- Lawn care, operating ride-on or hand-held mowers
- Horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, garden bed maintenance, and hedge/tree shaping
- Groundskeeping, with spray weeding, litter collection, and leaf blowing
- Customer service, addressing inquiries from clients
- Team management, overseeing operations and compiling reports
- Horticulture Certification (Certificate III or above)
- Proven experience in garden upkeep
- WWCC and Police Check clearance, or readiness to acquire them
- Leadership capabilities, with team management experience
- Regular weekly payments every Wednesday, starting after your initial week
- Great pay rate offering up to $35ph dependent on experience
