**Position description**:
We seek an enthusiastic **Health Professional (Scientific Officer)** to join our vibrant **Haematology department** in** Macquarie Park.** You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results regarding haematology and morphology
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure quality compliance and standards meet regulatory framework

- Graduated with a Medical Science Degree or recognised AIMS equivalent.
- Experience in haematology/coagulation and morphology will be highly regarded
- Required to working full-time hours between Monday and Friday 5:00 pm to 1:00 am and rostered weekend work. Secure undercover parking available.
- Strong communication skills and can effectively communicate key stakeholders
- A hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
