**Clinic Administrator**

An exciting opportunity for a warm and customer focused Clinic Administrator to join our wonderful team, working in our boutique Audiology clinics north of the river.

About the role:

- Opportunity for full-time or part-time work;
- You will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner;
- Managing scheduling of 5+ appointment books at once - including outbound calls to clients for follow-up appointments, annual checks and appointment confirmations;
- Maintain patient records in an organised and confidential manner;
- General reception duties, including processing payments and invoicing;
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic;
- Working as part of a close-knit, welcoming and approachable team.

About you:

- Highly professional presentation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive can-do attitude;
- Enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent service to our patients;
- Show initiative and possess excellent problem solving skills;
- Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Previous experience in face-to-face client service and office administration;
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred;
- Experience with MYOB is desirable, and Microsoft suite is essential;
- Quick learner (training in our Office Management system will be provided);
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in medical office administration will be highly regarded;

Salary negotiable, dependent on your suitability for the position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Regular cleaning and disinfecting of clinics and equipment undertaken.

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service and Administration: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
