Become a relief care manager providing support & relief nursing management across various residential facilities in one of Victoria's leading Not-for-profit Aged Care providers.

**The role**

As a Relief Care manager, you will be supporting various aged care facilities with the clinical direction of their nursing team & coordinating care staff during periods of leave.

You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs. Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent

Due to the nature of this position travel is required to include overnight stays depending on the service requiring support.

**Summary of Duties**
- Provide operational & clinical oversight to residents & care staff
- Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained
- Ensure KPI's, budgets and financial goals are achieved.
- Staff leadership, mentoring & development
- HR & staffing support

**Skills and Experience**
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registrationith previous aged care leadership experience
- Accreditation knowledge & experience
- Understanding & working knowledge of the new AN-ACC processes
- Experience with finance, budget & occupancy management
- Inclusive & open communication skills
