**The Role: Recruitment Coordinator**

**Reporting to**: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Recruitment Strategy Expert**: You’ll develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across various channels like job boards, social media, and personal networks. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet our staffing needs.
- ** Onboarding Guru**: You’ll manage a seamless onboarding process, guiding new hires through paperwork, orientation, and initial training. You’ll be the key to ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
- ** Employee Experience**: As the first point of contact, you’ll create a smooth, engaging, and positive experience for all new hires, helping them settle in and thrive at Burger Urge.
- ** HR Admin Pro**: You’ll assist with essential HR tasks, from maintaining records to supporting visa processes, and help refine our HR policies and systems for even better efficiency.
