**The Role**
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Major Accounts Rental Coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting the coordination of rental contracts for our major accounts and major project customers, including ensuring all additional site specific requirements are met and all equipments are site compliant on despatch.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing major accounts rental enquiries
- Supporting the Major Account sales team with timely information on availability and pricing
- Processing hire agreements from order through to invoicing
- Assisting with coordination of transport for equipment deliveries and collections
- Providing outstanding service to our new and existing customers
- Raise purchase orders and liaising with suppliers

This position is based at our brand new offices at Springvale and is a full time, permanent role.

**About You**
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Previous experience working within a rental or hire company
- Previous experience within rental/sales coordination
- Experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of basic financial administrative including invoicing
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong MS Suite skills
