**Job Opportunity**: Due to increased workloads, we have a fabulous opportunity for a passionate Office Manager to join the Autozone Family

**Salary: $75,000 to $85,000**

**Position**: Office Manager, Full Time
**Experience**:2 years (preferred but not essential)
- **Requirements**:

- Proficient in using MYOB accounting software.
- High level of attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
- Previous experience in data entry, handling high-volume invoicing, and/or general administrative tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both team settings and independently.
- Participating in the planning and evaluation of office services, establishing priorities and service standards.
- Distributing human resources, workspace, and equipment effectively.
- Delegating tasks to staff and overseeing their performance.
- Managing office records and financial accounts.
- Collaborating with professionals to coordinate office operations and resolve any issues.
- Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant government laws, policies, and procedures.
- Overseeing personnel activities, including recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
