**This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales person with experience in apparel sales and a passion for sports.**
**The Company**
Founded over a decade ago the company’s vision is to bring the power of the leagues (globally and locally) from the stadiums to the street.
Creating products that allow for every fan to wear them their way. We currently work with eight brands which hold the exclusive and non-exclusive Rights for Major League Sports Associations
**The Role**
The role is responsible for the selling of apparel and accessories to all 17 NRL Teams and or third-party affiliates.
Working closely with the Clubs/ Venue to create strategic account plans which will drive both the partner and NAR business expectations for long term, sustainable financial growth.
The role will sell in pre book assortments and work in unison with the partner to create product opportunities around quick to market, Special Make Up, key events and white label to maximise product enrichment for the fan
**Key Duties and Responsibilities include**:
- Building a Strategic Account Plan in unison with the account and departments
- Sell in product assortments with the support of Product & Marketing departments at sale meetings
- Prospect new opportunities
- Participate in pre-line meetings with accounts and prepare reporting collateral from past season sales to support working meetings
- Provide weekly analysis updates to the account on live business results
- Provide sales feedback to buyers and key personnel to assist in making decisions which impact sell through targets
- Visit clubs and venues regularly to ensure brand and product representation matches business expectations.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep abreast of brand promotions, new product lines and competitors.
- Attend weekly department meetings and present business results in formats outlined from head of department.
**Experience and Skills Required**
- 3 years’ or more experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of success in account management
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised multitasker
- Proficient computer and organisational skills
- Punctual, proactive and innovative
- Ability to present and communicate solutions effectively
