**The Position**

Maali Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with exposure to civil, infrastructure, resources or energy projects.

**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage contractual disputes and risk mitigation.
- Liaising with the client over commercial matters relating to the project.
- Develop and mentor your commercial site team to ensure they deliver the commercial requirements of the project.
- Risk and Opportunity management
- Ensure accurate and timely, weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs.
- Pre-Tender Submissions
- Assessment of opportunities and completion of Go / No-Go Evaluations
- Ensuring risks assessments are completed in accordance with our minimum standards
- Coordinating a cross-functional team to complete deliverables
- Ensuring an accurate and competitive estimate is developed
- Reviewing submissions to ensure they are bespoke, accurate, and reflect a clear value proposition
- Ensuring relevant internal approvals and system requirements are met
- Ensuring contract conditions are reviewed and contracts are adequately conformed
