**Introduction**
Due to continued strategic growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join our management function reporting directly to our General Manager at Eastern Guruma
**About the Role**
- Strategically develop and expand our project portfolio across both new and existing client bases.
- Report directly to the General Manager, assisting in the delivery of Eastern Guruma’s business strategy.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with executive and senior management personnel across Western Australia’s major mining/civil clientele.
- Oversee and manage Eastern Guruma's commercial processes, leading the Commercial department across all business functions.
Champion change management and drive continuous improvement in all commercial areas, ensuring compliance with Eastern Guruma’s ISO Management Systems
**Description**
**Key skills required**
Proven experience in a Senior Commercial/ Operations or General management role successfully running a Corporation or SME - preferably in the mining services, civil and construction and utility services.
Relevant degree aligned with the commercial endeavours for the future aspirations of Eastern Guruma.
Demonstrated executive and senior management level customer relations management skills.
Extensive experience in developing key mining and civil accounts, with a proven track record of generating and converting new project opportunities to grow Eastern Guruma’s business portfolio.
Strong background in Strategic Development Planning, including the development, implementation, and operation of sub-plans in Marketing, Sales, and Advertising.
High level of technical knowledge with a specific understanding of engineering, bulk earthworks, rehabilitation and project management principles.
Prior experience in Governance, including preparation for Board meetings and facilitating matters involving Director interaction.
