**In this role you will implement elements of the stakeholder engagement strategy while offering support and advice to internal stakeholders with the aim of strengthening strategic stakeholder relationships for The Perth Mint. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity, working three days per week.**

**Your role as an Advisor Stakeholder Engagement will involve**:

- Assist with implementing actions from TPM’s Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement and communication plans and programs or work
- Undertake stakeholder engagement activities including promotion and maintenance of the stakeholder register, and stakeholder mapping
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to demonstrate expertise and continue to build trust for the function across the business
- Prepare stakeholder briefing materials as required
- Deliver stakeholder communication plans and content as required using the existing framework
- Deliver stakeholder communications reporting as required
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering stakeholder engagement plans
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to create content, be agile and meet agreed deadlines
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations or similar
- Iap2 Australasia Certificate in Engagement is desirable
