**Your role as an Advisor First Nations Engagement will involve**:

- Coordinating the development and delivery of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
- Leading and facilitating the RAP Committee and our First Nations Employee Network
- Providing guidance on strengthening organisational cultural competency.
- Supporting First Nations employment initiatives and building community relationships.

**Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of First Nation’s cultures, labour markets and programs.
- Strong relationships with First Nations community and organisations.
- Experience in delivering programs related to First Nations engagement.
- Experience in delivery of Reconciliation Action Plans.
