What is the Role?

This position contributes to the delivery of high-quality communications and stakeholder engagement for the ERA. Working under the guidance of senior staff, the role is responsible for coordinating the ongoing development of the ERA website and producing a range of external and internal communications materials, including newsletters, presentations, speech notes, briefing notes, and content for both the website and intranet.

The position supports the development and implementation of strategic communications and engagement plans, identifies issues affecting the ERA's communications and stakeholder interactions, and provides evidence-based recommendations to senior staff. It also contributes to the development of internal policies, procedures and guidelines as required by the Office of the CEO.

To be successful in this position you will have considerable experience in journalism, communications and/or public relations and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned with organisational objectives.
