We are currently recruiting a **Systems Support member** to join our Foodbuy team based in our Brisbane (Cannon Hill) or Sydney (McMahons Point) Support Centre.

This role is responsible for achieving efficient and effective support of the Compass Group MyOrders and Foodbuy Online operating systems within Australia.

**The Position**:
Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this position supports the e-Business team and your responsibilities will include:

- Provide administration or customer service skills to our internal and external customers
- Ensure that the Master Catalogue Management System is kept up to date with the latest products and pricing as provided by Foodbuy Managers and Suppliers
- Implementing individual requests from the Business in a timely manner.
- Assisting internal clients through Compass IT Helpdesk.

**The Person**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to establish & maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office software: Excel, Outlook and Word
