**About Our Client**:
Our Client is aligned with the APS.
- Be responsible for the entire effective financial operation, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, compliance, business advice and liaison.
- Lead, influence and advise the business on financial matters, especially regarding operational best practice and areas of key strategic operational performance.
- Deliver periodic hierarchical management reporting that informs business decision making at all levels, including the Board, management and other more transactional users.
- Ensure appropriate investment processes are in place to manage reserves, including development of policies and investment mandates that are in accordance with legislative requirements.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Proven experience leading, motivating and developing high performing teams
- Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
- CPA or CA designation is desirable
- 6+ years' experience of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, including high level presentation skills
- Security Clearance is preferred
