**Position Summary**

The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only

1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.

2. High level experience in providing a broad range of secretarial and related administrative services to executive level management, including supervision of a team of administrative staff.

3. Demonstrated organisational, time management and planning skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complete several tasks concurrently, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

4. Demonstrated computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite, Rostering and Human Resource Software and a Document Management System.

5. Demonstrated capacity to drive change and implement new systems and processes.

6. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

7. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
