We are a private practice providing psychological services, established since 2010.

We are currently looking for an Office Manager/ Administration

**Position description**

Managing day-to-day operations, Administration front desk duties, overseeing reception, NDIS Intake procedures, liaising with our psychologists, administration team, director and external stakeholders, updating policies and procedures as required, regular checks of any NDIS/Workcover Guidelines changes, compliance, training and onboarding, ensuring compliance with psychology regulations.

**Qualifications**

Experience in allied health administration or management

Experience with Medicare, NDIS/ NDIS Portal/Policies and Procedures, Workcover guidelines,

Knowledge of allied health psychology office procedures

Ability to update policies ensure compliance and regulations

Excellent organisational and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Coreplus or similar health system

Experience in Payroll an advantage
