- Communicating and collaborating with other EA/PAs to enhance overall organisational effectiveness.
- Monitoring of inbox and phone messages and responding to communications where appropriate.
- Handling the registration and management of gifts and hospitality requests.
- Supporting the team with cost reimbursements, expenses, and reporting.
- Supporting the team with the onboarding of new starters.
Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Strong experience delivering high quality Executive assistance in a complex corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across the business both locally and globally, at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and shifting and competing priorities, with your exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Initiative to anticipate needs and proactively support the business.
- Confident proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

We value different perspectives, we succeed together, collaborating across boundaries, we take responsibility, holding ourselves accountable to get things done. Through these values, HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are appreciated and respected and where opinions count.
