**_ The Office Administrator_**_: _**
- Support the Director to maintain work-life balance and organisation by executing a range of administrational tasks and personal errands
- Maintain an organised, stocked, and tidy work environment across offices. This includes actively partaking in maintenance or communicating clear direction to the wider team
- Be the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders for office optimisation
- Manage workplace calendars and communicate clearly, offering solutions-based support and structure to streamline timekeeping and workflow
- Support People & Culture and the Financial Controller with administrational support
**_ Requirements_**
- Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- A solution-based thinker.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Microsoft office competence
- Industry interest and passion
