**About the role**
Our NSW Mining Division currently has an opening for an experienced, customer orientated Warranty Administrator to be based at our Mt Thorley branch in the Hunter Valley. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager NSW - Customer Support, Mining you will be responsible for processing and tracking all warranty claims for the Division’s business in NSW. Working with head office in Adelaide, you will process claims and the return shipment of warranty repairs within the required timeframes.
The key to success for this opportunity is excellent administrative, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop relationships, build trust and expertise
**Duties**:
- Work with the branches to ensure that the administration of every warranty job is completed correctly.
- Ensure that warranty jobs are opened up in our Service Management System correctly
- Work with the Spare Parts Department to ensure that all warranty parts are returned to the factory in Germany as required
- Ensure invoicing for warranty repairs is completed, payments allocated and activities are reported upon
- Report on warranty outcomes and financial position
- Warranty outcome communication to internal and external key stakeholders
- Reconcile reports to ensure correct accounting accruals are performed
- Provide administrative support to the division
- Support for reception when required
**Skills & Experience**:
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills - ability to communicate in German highly advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude
- Keen ‘eye for detail’
